Issue 2 of ABLE in Context Focuses On Technology

The PA Bureau of ABLE has issued it's second ABLE in Context publication. This issue focuses on technology in adult education and includes both an overview of today's technology as it applies to adult education and examples of how PA adult educators are using this technology.
